Long Black Pepper - Citrus Blend

Long Pepper has been used for centuries in Mediterranean, African, Indian, and Indonesian cooking, although it has almost fallen into obscurity in the past few hundred years. The long pepper comes from a flowering vine with large catkin flowers. Within each flower are small black spikes that are the actual pepper. The taste is very similar to regular black pepper, and it is a relative of the species piper nigrum, but with a much hotter taste and an almost earthy, sweet overtone.

Lemon thyme is a close relative of the familiar common garden thyme but with a notable lemon flavor and aroma.

Orange peel has a concentrated orange flavor creating an amazing taste when paired with the other spices.

Kiawe Smoked Sea Salt is a delightful salt made with pure Hawaiian sea salt that is slowly cold smoked over Kiawe wood chips. The smoke from this naturalized mesquite tree creates a distinctively sweet smoky flavor.

Key Lime powder adds a unique flavor and is backed by tart and bitter notes.
